We are a family-owned and operated boarding, day camp, and training facility in Le Mars, IA. Our foremost role is to offer a secure and enriching environment for your pet, free from the stress and anxiety typically experienced when away from home. Each guest receives individual attention several times daily in our enclosed outdoor or indoor play areas, enrichment activities and comfortable accommodations, ensuring they have the most enjoyable stay. Sat: 7:30-9:00am Only

Our facility is CLOSED for drop-offs and pick-ups outside
the hours posted above,
so please make sure to double check for your stay!
The hours above are the hours that we are designated to be at the front desk and ready to help you at any time. Outside these
hours, we are in the facility, but we are dedicating our time to the care of our guests!
If you need us outside of Front Desk Hours, you may have to wait just a bit for us to ensure that all guests are tended to
before we can come to the front. We never mind if you call ahead and schedule a time to meet with us!

While we are closed to the public during off times and holidays,
attentive care is still provided for all of the guests in our care, rain or shine!
Pets are visited, fed, taken outside for potty breaks & playtimes, accommodations are cleaned & made comfy
and everyone is given lots of love and attention throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy We will be implementing a very simple cancellation policy.
24-hr notice must be given for cancellation of any daycamp reservations, either by phone, email or SMS texting. If we do not get notice and you do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for that day or a package day will be used. 72-hr notice must be given for cancellation of boarding reservations, either by phone, email, or SMS texting. If reservations are over holidays or weekends including a holiday, 7-day notice must be given. If we do not get proper notice, you will be charged for the entire stay. We routinely book to capacity, so we cannot continue to hold reservations for those who no show/ no call. $50 Deposit/Pet - First time stays For those who are boarding with us for the first time, we will require a $50 deposit/pet for your first reservation, that will be collected when making the reservation. We love making new friends, but unfortunately have run into too many no call/no shows with new clients and hope this will prevent future issues. |
